Every fare includes one small cabin bag (40 x 30 x 20 cm). Classic adds an overhead-locker bag up to 10 kg and one 23 kg checked bag; Flex adds the overhead-locker bag and two 23 kg checked bags. On Light, a 23 kg checked bag costs GBP 30 each way online.

On Classic you can change up to 2 hours before departure for GBP 45 per passenger per flight plus any fare difference. On Flex changes are free up to 30 minutes before departure. Light fares cannot be changed.

Flex fares are refundable less a GBP 50 cancellation fee per booking. Light and Classic fares are non-refundable, but we refund the taxes and airport charges (GBP 40 per passenger per flight). Any booking made more than 7 days before departure can be cancelled free within 24 hours.

Online check-in opens 30 hours before departure and closes 60 minutes before. Bag drop at Manchester closes 45 minutes before short-haul flights and 60 minutes before long-haul flights.

Yes. Seat selection is free on Flex, free on Classic from 7 days before departure (GBP 8 before that), and GBP 15 per seat per flight on Light. Otherwise we assign a seat free at check-in.

If we cancel your flight or delay it by more than 5 hours you can choose a full refund or the next available flight at no extra cost, and you may be entitled to compensation, meals and accommodation under UK air passenger rights rules.

Infants under 2 travel on an adult's lap for 10% of the adult fare, with a 10 kg checked bag, a pushchair and a car seat carried free. Each adult can travel with one infant.

Add special assistance in Manage booking or call us at least 48 hours before departure. Assistance is free and is available at every airport we fly to.

Yes, in containers of 100 ml or less inside one clear resealable bag of up to 1 litre. Medicines and baby food you need on board are allowed in larger amounts.

Every fare earns Meridian Miles: 25% on Light, 100% on Classic and 150% on Flex, counted on the distance flown.
