Changes, cancellations and refunds

What a change costs and what you get back if you cancel depends on your fare family.

Change fees

Light: changes are not permitted.

Classic: change your date or flight up to 2 hours before departure for GBP 45 per passenger per flight, plus any difference in fare.

Flex: change free of charge up to 30 minutes before departure; you pay only any difference in fare.

A name correction of up to three letters is free on every fare.

Flex: refundable up to departure, less a GBP 50 cancellation fee per booking. The refund goes to the card used to pay within 7 days.

Light and Classic: non-refundable. We refund the government taxes and airport charges (GBP 40 per passenger per flight) on request.

Every booking made more than 7 days before departure can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of booking, whatever the fare.

If we cancel your flight or delay it by more than 5 hours, you choose a full refund or the next available flight at no extra cost.

You may also be entitled to compensation and to meals and accommodation under UK air passenger rights rules.
